Our Location

When you visit Andiamo! Brick Oven Pizza, you’ll immediately understand why we’re a standout among nearby restaurants in and around the bustling Miami Shores neighborhood and have been named the best pizza in Miami. Guests enjoy our award-winning New York City-style pizza pies, artisan sandwiches, and fresh salads in a breathtaking National Historic Landmark building that dates to 1954. Authentic Italian meals with the finest ingredients are just the beginning of our South Florida legacy.

The History

Our Miami restaurant is housed in the former General Tire of Miami building, a completely enclosed glass structure designed by Robert Law Weed. Until his death in 1961, Weed was one of Miami’s premier architects. He is responsible for many of the city’s Modernist structures, including the Florida Tropical House built for the 1933 World’s Fair, Miami Shores Elementary School, and the Grand Concourse Apartments, a federally registered historic landmark dating to 1926.

The Ambience

With our gorgeous weather, dining al fresco is a Miami tradition. Our side street pizza allows you to eat outdoors in comfort on our private patio, with misting fans that control the climate to keep guests cool as the temperature climbs. Gigantic outdoor projection screens let you catch your favorite teams while you take in the sunshine and fresh air. After you enjoy an authentic pie handmade with our fresh dough and toppings, you’ll want to stay for dessert or a handpicked wine. Appetizers, salads, and sandwiches round out our menu of Old World favorites. Staying up late? We’re open until 11 p.m. from Sunday through Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturday nights, so stop by for your post-event snack.
